Script Practice Saturday

Happy Weekend everyone! We hope you’re having a successful time hosting open houses and taking clients on showings. In order to continue to help you to grow your business, we will be sharing a real estate script every Saturday. If you’d like to see a script for a specific topic let us know by emailing Jennie at jsherkness@kw.com.

Today we’re looking at converting an incoming call into an in-office appointment.

Agent: Good morning/afternoon, it’s a great day at Keller Williams. I’m _____. Thank you so much for calling. And your name is? [listen] How can I help you today? [listen] Ok, just one moment while I pull that up on my computer. How many bedrooms and bathrooms are you looking for? [listen] And are you currently working with an agent? [listen] Ok. Well that property is [give them the information they were asking for]. Does that work for you?

If “yes”:

Agent: Ok. Well, why don’t we schedule an appointment for you to come in so we can see if ____ is the perfect home for you. And if it isn’t, we can take a look and see of the other ___ bedroom homes in that price range in the _____ neighborhood. Are weekdays or weekends better for you?

If “no”:

Agent: Mr./Mrs. Buyer, I’d like to invite you to come into my office so we can discuss what you are looking for in your next home. And, we can take a look on the Multiple Listing Service and see all the other homes in the ___ neighborhood. Are weekends or weekdays better for you?

Are you interested in joining a company that teaches it’s agents how to talk to clients in all situations? Then give us a call at 215-631-1900 or email Jennie at jsherkness@kw.com.
