[listen] Ok, just one moment while I pull that up on my computer. How many bedrooms and bathrooms are you looking for? [listen] And are you currently working with an agent? [listen] Ok. Well that property is [give them the information they were asking for]. Does that work for you?
Agent: Ok. Well, why don’t we schedule an appointment for you to come in so we can see if ____ is the perfect home for you. And if it isn’t, we can take a look and see of the other ___ bedroom homes in that price range in the _____ neighborhood. Are weekdays or weekends better for you?
Agent: Mr./Mrs. Buyer, I’d like to invite you to come into my office so we can discuss what you are looking for in your next home. And, we can take a look on the Multiple Listing Service and see all the other homes in the ___ neighborhood. Are weekends or weekdays better for you?
