Today we’re going to look at scheduling a listing consultation with expired/withdrawn listings:
Objective: To introduce yourself and secure a consultation
Agent: Good morning/afternoon. My name is ____________ with Keller Williams Real Estate. I saw that your listing has expired. Are you still interested in selling your home?
If “No”: Do you mind if I ask why you’ve decided not to sell? [Explore their objections to selling. If they truly are no longer interested in selling, thank them for their time.]
If “Yes”: Great, would you be offended if I came in to take a look at your home?
